Hello order for over 10 years at the pizzeria Bella Napoli and was never disappointed, the food was always as ordered and on time it still tastes very delicious.

We had our food delivered from our holiday apartment, I have to say it was really professional for a pizza service, Pizza noodles and salads all great and delivered in the specified time. I can only recommend.

Ordered a pizza and a Red Bull at 12:10. 1 hour 20 later came this, after me on the phone a time of 40-50 minutes was called. Well factor 1.5-2.0 you can do it. Then finally, the pizza is there and will be unpacked. What awaits me here is a loveless piece of dough without filling and without tomato sauce! Well, well, is not really in the description, but you can actually go out, right? The pizza was therefore much too dry, so I self-help with pesto. The filling was original (I actually counted) 6 strips of Italian ham and some mozarella. At almost 9, - for a pizza you can expect more, what you get offered at other delivery services in and around Weinheim quite well. Conclusion: The first and last time in this delivery "service". The 50 cent tip, were definitely far too much! Too bad that I did not take a picture. Btw, .. Now that I have read here a few answers from the owner, on predominantly negative reactions, I would like to make a statement here explicitly to the owner: One should always approach negative criticism constructively. Snotty answers are poison in the service industry, word of mouth can quickly ruin the store.

After the declaration of the host today (07.06.2018) ordered a second time. Nobody should say we don't give a chance. 5min. later call. We are too busy. Can't deliver. That was definitely the last attempt. Food not delivered. Order cancelled. Allegedly no driver there. Shortly thereafter with a test call, want to order something in town. Totally rude! Called in advance to have the pizza at a certain time and that will not be kept and on request you will be dismissed cheekily ... cheeky and the customer is king, nobody has ever heard of it! Failed as a service provider across the board!
